 Cortijo Roso

	The new builded house in the mountains of Almuñécar was finishe in summer 2007. The house lies on a 15 000 qm large finca mit avocado- and mango trees.
Form the sunny terrace you have a very nice and open view over the valley, down to the town Almuñécar and the mediterrean sea.
	The terrace goes around the house.
In summer you also will have to sun beds and umbrellas.
	Form the terrace you come to the living room with well furnished kitchen and american bar.
In the living room you have an open chimney for colder nights.
	The bedrooms, 1 with doble bed, the other with two single beds are furnished in different styles.
The bath room has a shower.
	Here you see your holiday house with the round terrace. The house down with 2 apartments and  a private pool you can also rent. Look on this side above.

 600 m road to the finca are dith path, but accesable with a normal car, the private steep rute to the house is fixed with concret.

beach in approx. 6 km, supermarket in approx. 5 Km, restaurant in approx. 5 Km,  mountainbiking clos to the house, golf in approx. 22 Km, diving school in approx. 8 km,  tennis in approx. 7 km, horse riging in approx. 3 km distance

Cortijo Roso, Appartement I und II

	Also this holiday hosue with 2 aoartment and private pool was finisch in the year 2007. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, lounge, bath room and terrace.
The App. II is at the ground floor, close to the pool. The pool is only used for this 2 apartments.
	The salons are similar furnished with dining table, sofa and chimney and an open kitchen with amerrican bar.
	From the terrace you have a nice view to the mediterrean sea and the town of Almuñécar.
